Delete Your Account
You may request permanent deletion of your Christians Palace account and all associated personal data at any time. This action cannot be undone.
How to Request Deletion

Send us an email
Email info@christianspalace.org with the subject line "Delete My Account".

Include your account email
In the body of your email, provide the email address registered to your account so we can locate it.

We process your request
We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
What Gets Deleted
Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account profile (name, email address, password hash)
- Quiz scores, streaks, and points
- Bible story reading progress
- Daily reflection history
- Push notification token (FCM)
- Google Sign-In association (if applicable)
What Is Retained
Aggregated, anonymized analytics (e.g. total quiz completions, session counts) that contain no personally identifiable information may be retained for up to 30 days for internal reporting purposes, after which they are permanently purged. These records cannot be linked back to any individual user.
